Double Congratulations to BML Alumna, Dr. Gea Cereghetti!

Dr. Gea Cereghetti, BML alumna, and former member of the Peter Lab, is the recipient of the SAIS (Society of the Italian Academics in Switzerland) prize for the best doctoral thesis in the fiel of Life Sciences and of the prestigious EMBO fellowship for her postdoctoral work in the Knowles Lab at the University of Cambridge.

Gea has received the SAIS prize for the best doctoral thesis in Life Sciences by the Society of the Italian Academics in Switzerland in June for her work in the Peter Lab. She is also the recipient of an EMBO postdoctoral fellowship for her project on the interplay between protein condensation and cellular metabolism that she will perform in the Knowles lab at the University of Cambridge. BML is very proud to celebrate yet another of Gea's successes and is wishes her more success with her new project.
